During their first mission at a high school, police officers Greg Jenko and Morton Schmidt brilliantly stopped a drug trafficking ring. A new operation now takes them to the university, where they must infiltrate a drug trafficking ring to better dismantle it. In search of dealers of a dangerous drug on campus, they join the sports team for Jenko and the art classes for Schmidt.
