Shaun, a mischievous sheep, lives with his flock on the farm of a friendly, short-sighted farmer, but he decides to take a vacation; he tries to put the farmer to sleep and succeeds so well that he loses all control of the situation and sees the poor farmer taken away from his farm; accompanied by Bitzer, the sheepdog, and the entire flock, Shaun must soon reach the big city and rescue the farmer.
