While attending a festival in East Germany, American rock star Nick Rivers finds himself caught up in a story of espionage between East and West. The GDR authorities are holding an American scientist prisoner to create the most powerful bomb ever conceived. It is this weapon that will allow them to reunify Germany under the auspices of communism.
